We were really taken in by the stupendous efforts put in by both of you and your team members, especially the service boys, in attendng to the requirements of our guests in a pleasant and satisfying manner. With just a few minutes drive from our home, this place happens to be our ideal get away. The food at the restaurant is delicious and also reasonably priced. The ambiance is welcoming and the staff, polite. Happy to recommend it.

We very recently have migrated from Delhi to Kerala, and were looking for the best spot to celebrate our little kids 1st bday. The very 1st name striked to us was WHITEGATE RESIDENCY. Rahul from WG Residency dealt with each situation very warmly and made it the best to remember forever, food and service was fantastic. Will definitely suggest to others. We were looking for a nice venue for my nephew's baptism and decided to contact White Gate Residency. I was put through to F&B Manager Mr Rahul Rajeev who remembered me from our previous conversation (for another occasion). At that time White Gate Residency could not accommodate us, due to numbers.(Now they have facilities for1000+). From planning the Menu to arranging the stage, Rahul was always available at the other end of phone and was happy to help. Any issues we experienced were ironed out quickly by staff. They only charged the food not the hall, even offered us a Suite as courtesy. Menu is great, Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are very pleasant and professional. Facilities are immaculate. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Vaikom or planning a special occasion there. Keep up the good work #TeamWhiteGateResidency. Review of Restaurant- Ootupura- inside the property

We were travelling to Vaikom and on the way was told that this hotel has a good restaurant- what a big mistake we did! We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for food which we were told were readily available. The Server said that they had porotta and chilly chicken which was ready and could be served quickly. As we all were dying of hunger (and it was past 3pm) we agreed and ordered. After 30 minutes we received hot porottas and cold chilly chicken with bones! The chilly chicken gravy was tasteless and the curry was literally out from the fridge! How can people serve such food? We thought we shall at least have some tea to compensate this food and guess what this restaurant takes more than 30 minutes to make and serve tea as well! Pathetic service..the serving boys dont even know what to say or what is available.The 2 plates of chilly chicken gravy was untouched by us as it was not palatable. To top the whole thing, the bill was for boneless chilly chicken! Never ever to this place!
